Meet Yursell's Ted Pielemeier and Kyle Glenn

Generating nearly a $.5B in revenue in his career, Ted Pielemeier is a veteran of the management ranks at some of the top companies in the Mobility/Wireless, Software, and Information Technology Industries, including Ericsson, NEC, Ascom, Verizon, and Nokia, as well as companies he helped co-found.  Pielemeier has deep experience and technical expertise across the ICT sector.  He has been relied on to build and scale, save and re-organize, and maximize profitability for enterprise and retail businesses and product portfolios on a national and international level.  Pielemeier has been a leading member of various industry committees and boards and has been relied on by the press, market analysts, venture capitalists, and various industry executives for opinions and direction on a wide range of business and technology concerns.
 
Most recently Pielemeier has helped found the first locally focused end-to-end private sell facilitator for the Used Car Industry, YURSELL™.  As the company’s Chief Evangelist and CTO, he has led the creation of a start-up company that leverages and combines Internet and mobile systems and applications with in-person facilitation.  This end-to-end combination solves key complexity, profitability, and safety and other high impact community issues related to private selling of pre-owned vehicles between neighbors while generating high returns for the company and its investors.  With the help of a great team including his fellow co-founder and partner Kyle Glenn, a veteran of the Automotive Industry and used car dealerships, Pielemeier has poised YURSELL™ to rewrite and dominate the $126B Private Sell market nationally.
 
Mr. Pielemeier holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.  He has been a North Dallas resident and a happily adopted Texan for over 20 years.  In his free time, Pielemeier can be found writing and recording video blogs for YURSELL™, working on various community causes, writing on his book project, or playing the occasional game of sand volleyball.  Pielemeier also holds 3 black belts in Okinawan style Karate and Japanese Juko-Ryu Toide (Jujitsu) including Ki Arts.

Kyle Glenn is a veteran of the Automotive Industry specializing in dealership startups and turnarounds.  He is a top expert at methods and systems to rapidly and exponentially increase dealership sales and profitability and scale small dealerships to large ones. His extensive business and automotive dealership experience and knowledge encompasses the entire range of dealership and automotive issues from P&L to sales and marketing to finance to vehicle acquisition to service center services. Specifically, Glenn is noted for taking companies from as little as 40 units/month to over 180 units/month in less than 18 months. Overall Glenn has well over 25 years experience in business formation and management and is a serial entrepreneur founding and running companies in diverse industries from automotive to trucking to financial services and real estate.  
 
Glenn currently is General Manager of an independent dealership responsible for all P&L aspects of the business from sales to vehicle acquisition to service center.  Consistent with his history, he is responsible for single-handily increasing sales from 10 units to over 40 units/month in his first 8 months with the company.
 
Glenn is also a co-founder and part-time COO (e.g. until adequate funding secured) of the start-up, YURSELL™; the first end-to-end, locally focused private sell facilitator.  He has brought his extensive automotive dealership experience and expertise to bear to help YURSELL™ solve key safety and other critical private sell concerns for individuals and their community while creating exceptional returns for the business and its investors. Glenn has worked hand-in-hand with his co-founder, Ted Pielemeier, a veteran of the Mobility, Software, and IT Industries and YURSELL™’s Chief Evangelist and CTO, to poise YURSELL™ to re-write and dominate the $126B Private Sell Market.
 
Glenn is a Texas native and met and married his beautiful wife Krisha, of 20 years in the state.  They have two children, a daughter, Audrey, and son, Kash. In his free time, Glenn’s interests include snowboarding, weightlifting and Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art.
